time, time, time, see what's become of me

Sitting home alone, wishing I had someone to talk to. In the last week, I've spoken on the phone with Erika (youngest sister), Chris and Jenn (brother and fiancee) and Katherine (next youngest sister) and my parents twice, and Sarah. All that quality talking time with my nearest and dearest plus the time I just spent with Mianh has me all spoiled. I'm looking forward to my parents getting here, because then I'll have people to hang out with all day everyday for two whole months who are willing to listen to me ramble on and on ad nauseum, and who can give good insights into what I'm thinking about. My parents are really good listeners, and know me so well that I like to hear what they have to say about what I'm saying.

For some reason the bottom half of my curtains are all wrinkly. I don't understand how they got that way. It's not even vertical wrinkles from when I open them. The mystery wrinkles are horizontal, and are mocking the time and effort I put into ironing my curtains before hanging them.

Today I sent Christmas packages and cards to Canada, and the post office employee asked me if I watched Trailer Park Boys. I don't think its been on tv here, so I'm not quite sure how he knew about the show...

And lastly, congratulations to Erika for being the top seller at a Cotton Ginny in a mall in Waterloo. Way to go little sister! You rock at getting people to buy stuff, you could sell ice to Shackleton!

Shackleton was an Arctic explorer, Erika doesn't get to Kington until like the 23rd or something you like, maybe you should go visit her in Waterloo, your favorite industrial playground hahahhahahah

hi Jo, finally got to the computer!!I dropped mum and dad off today so they are on their way! There was a semi-truck in a ditch on the 401 and I had to sit in a traffic jam for about 20 min, annoying!!So now I am home all by myself and I am already bored.
