I want my mommy. If she was here, she'd totally take over hemming my curtains after I've done it wrong twice. First I measured wrong and didn't do a deep enough hem, and now I've hemmed them to the right length, but didn't cut the material, just ironed on the hemming web really high, and you can see the flowers through and it looks stupid. At least I can be thankful that I'm not having to rip out stitches. Now I'll have to cut the material, and perhaps make cushions and pillowcases with the mounds of leftover material. I wonder if you can make cushion and pillow covers with just iron-on hem web?
And I've now officially lost the motivation to do anything more with my day besides wasting time on the internet and napping. A mood I can't really afford to indulge. Darn. Maybe I'll do my library errand next, that should cheer me up.

well if it makes you feel any better all I got done today was cleaning and packing and laundry. . . and none of these 3 things even got done to completion (it's now 8:30pm) and if I don't go to the bank tomorrow I'm going to have NO money and you can pay for absolutely everything in Wellington. HAAAAAA! I feel harassed. . . .
off to assess the pile of stuff on the kitchen floor. . .
xo,
M
p.s. on a more positive note, I am so happy you'll be here tomorrow :)

Ohhhh, Joanna, lots of you in just a few minutes. I haven't been online in weeks so today was catch up. You sound good. I empathize with projects going wrong...and i always give them to my mom too. Don't worry, she'll be there soon.
Miss ya, love ya.
