rarin' to go

Today was much more productive than I thought it would be, but much less relaxing as well. My errands all went beautifully :) Well, the yarn store was a bit difficult because I didn't think to convert the yards needed for my project to meters, and I'm pretty sure that the lady at the store was converting them totally wrong. In the end, I just bought a ton of yarn, and if I've got a bunch left over, I'll use it for something else.
I'm just working on last minute things now, like preparing a breakfast to bring with me on my ridiculously early flight where food will be ridiculously expensive. And where you have to pay $15 for a little mini movie player. Actually, there's good in that, because if there's no movie playing, I won't be tempted to watch it instead of sleeping. I think it will be important to sleep. Did I tell you I have to be at the airport at 5:20 am? Mad props to Tim and Greta for volunteering to drive me to the airport!
It turns out Monday is a holiday in Western Australia, so I'll have Sunday and Monday to settle in. And then Tuesday is the school's swimming carnival. I don't know exactly what that will entail, but it sure sounds fun!

I'm just going to write lots of comments about each day since I've seen you ok?
So firstly, stupid one for this entry:
Hehe, you say yarn instead of wool! Kath and I are still laughing about me stealing her red thong for our game he other night.
Also, what exactly are mad props? Is that like points proving they are crazy?
