Here's a beautiful butterfly from the butterfly house at the Melbourne Zoo. Man, its difficult to get butterflies to stay still long enough for a photo.
And here's me with straightened hair. Yikes! Looking back at the picture, it sort of looks like I had a wig on. But its my hair, I promise, after Kate worked on it with the straightener for 1/2 and hour. My hair was straightened in preparation for going out dancing last weekend. We went to a place that had an "acid jazz/funk" band playing. It's pretty hard to look cool dancing to acid jazz, which made getting out on the dance floor a bit easier-everyone looked a bit silly!

Last night, each of my housemates and I came home with groceries. We are rich in food and toilet paper.
