waiting patiently

I had planned for this week to be SO productive to make up for all the lying around reading library books of last week, but it hasn't quite worked out (it never does with me). I have been really busy though, celebrating my dad's retirement (it's finally official!), picking blueberries with my dad and my sisters (those small puppies take way longer to pick than the enjoyably larger strawberries or apples), changing my bank card pin...
Katherine and I are finally at the computer at the same time, so we'd better get looking at the Ontario Provincial Parks website to see where we'll be camping Sunday night of labor day weekend.
Most exciting mail of the week award goes to the package from Mel and Kate, full of Tim Tamaliciousness, clothes that got left behind because they somehow ended up in Kate's room, gifts from my Sunday School class, and Australian mail, including my LaTrobe Alumni card-a pink credit card looking thing that will probably be of no use to me whatsoever, but will look pretty darn cool in my wallet.
