Field Trip
Here are some of the coolest pictures from the Healesville Wildlife Sanctuary. This one is a strange stumpy-tailed lizard (not its official name).
Here are some cool tree frogs from the nocturnal exhibit. (The exhibit as a whole was a bit frustrating because although the things like frogs and lizards were fairly easy to spot, the more fascinating things like sugar gliders were not. Probably the most fun animal in that exhibit was the "agile blah blah blah." Basically, it looked like a really hyperactive mouse on uppers-bouncing and climbing all over its habitat.)
And lastly, one of the most exciting of all: The Koala!!! They sleep 20 hours a day, they're bigger than I thought they would be, and they have two opposable thumbs on their hands.

Sleeping 20 hours a day? I think I could go for that if the four waking hours were exciting enough. The sleep appeals to me.
