It turns out our water bill situation was NOT sorted by the real estate agent, judging by the final notice to pay we got from the water provider yesterday! I called the water company and the lady I spoke to there was VERY helpful, but so far I'm still playing phone tag with the real estate agent trying to work out what they actually did when they told us they were taking care of it, and what they're doing now. I am so frustated with our real estate agent.

I think they felt it! (as well as my angry phone call :)) Saw a plumber today who was lovely and helpful and looking into things for me.
