Laughing

So, i'm working at a move theater which has some nice perks and today the perk was making a girl cry.

This theater wasn't chosen to get Step Up in 3D so we have to tell customers that it isn't in 3D when they buy tickets. Today a 14 year old girl crumpled up her face and started to cry when I told her it wasn't going to be in 3D and her friends rushed to console her while glaring at me. They then went to a different till and asked to get tickets for the 3D show because I wouldn't sell them any. When the 3D tickets had been denied to them twice, and the girls somehow not understanding that the theater didn't have the movie in 3D they proceeded to complain to our manager who told them to go make trouble elsewhere. The girls looked pretty pissed and said they were going to phone their parents, but the manager had already walked away.

I did not know that some theaters got 3D and some did not. (I guess the girl in your story didn't either) My eyes don't do 3D so it does not matter one way or the other to me. Thanks for the interesting information. I hope the girl recovers.

Awww, Erika, the blog highjacker. One wonders if one should change one's blog password! Still, she is beginning to sound more and more like you - making people cry and such. Hey, Erika, sounds like a sweet job. Can you get us a discount?
