dirty feet
We had our Bible study group over for a potluck dinner last night. Everyone decided what to bring independently-no consultation on who would bring dessert or vegetables or anything. And it turned out really well: pizza, sandwiches, greek salad, potato salad, a yummy egg thing, and a chocolate berry pavlova. Am I missing anything else?
A few of us watched a couple of episodes of The Office-it make me very happy when other people laugh at it even harder than I do-thanks Jackie.
We had a short thunderstorm here this afternoon, and it's quite a bit cooler now, although I still feel a bit sticky and gross. Why must it be so hot? And why must the hot wind blow the fine dust into our house, making the floors yucky?
I bought a crepe maker so that I can make nalesniki on Christmas Eve and I'm going to test it out tonight-some savoury crepes for dinner, then some sweet ones for dessert :)

nice. now you can have crepes with raspberries and chocolate-I didn't think of that one last night. I'll have to make crepes again.
