I had a lovely few days on the Bellarine Peninsula with Lena and her mum this week. We visited the wool museum in Geelong where I got the most gorgeous pink gloves with a lace panel on the front. They're made of merino wool, angora, silk, and possum fur. They are going to match my pink winter coat so perfectly that it's a bit disappointing that I'll be returning to summertime in Canada.
This week I'm off to Sydney to visit the family friends my parents and I spent Christmas with. It will be good to see them again, and to get out of town again so that I can't be working on the to-do list I have to get through before leaving the country.
I leave in less than 3 weeks, and we still haven't found someone to move into my room of our house. Please pray for someone to come along soon!

I write it how I usually say it.
And I am actually the child of an immigrant, so as much as I would like to be, I don't get to be in a special spelling category.

jo - you're supposed to say that I insidiously influenced you!
(because yes, yes, I need the credit)
What I want to know is - why is there no title on this post?!

I tried to title it, but when I clicked in the title box, the cursor didn't show up.
