another day, another dollar

I really like that saying. It feels really satisfying to say it at the end of a long day. Even if it doesn't really make sense, because I am neither making a dollar a day nor spending just a dollar a day. Can you imagine if school just cost a dollar a day? How great would that be...well, maybe not great for teachers' salaries.

So yeah, its the weekend. And time to say: Happy Birthday Mum!!! and almost time to say Happy Birthday Sarah!!! I hope both of you have awesome days. I wonder how early in the morning I can call my mum...she's usually up by 7...unless she's grown slack since I've been away. I bet the house is falling apart without me :)

I bought a potential bridesmaid dress last night! It was pretty exciting, but I don't know if I'll actually use it or not. I still haven't seen Jenn's dress, so I want to see what level of formal-ness hers is before making a final decision, plus this one might be a bit too summery for Edmonton in September. I'll have to take a picture of me wearing it and email it to Jenn and Katherine and Erika for their verdict.
