Erika makes me laugh
Today I watched High School Musical. It wasn't quite as satisfying as I hoped it would be. I wish Mianh was here to watch a Hilary Duff movie with!
I also got many errands done including buying a leg of lamb from the butcher for lunch on Easter. I've invited over a few other international students to spend the afternoon eating together. Mmmm...food....
I wanted to dye some Easter eggs, but forgot to get eggs when I was at the mall, and neither of the 3 stores that carry eggs within walking distance have white-shelled eggs. Jeesh. I do think brown eggs are beautiful on their own, but was looking forward to making some pretty blue and yellow and pink eggs. Is it worth the train or bus ride to bigger stores? We'll see how I feel in the morning.

clearly its worth making the trip to get white eggs-or maybe you can just bleach the brown eggs? leg of lamb=bad meal choice, pizza=good meal choice! YUM

haha, I still laugh when I see that movie on the shelf at the video rental store. . .what was it called again? The one where she goes to summer music school in NY? I have an instant flashback to almost peeing my pants as the credits rolled.

I hear people talk about a leg of lamb. But I'm pretty sure I've never heard a real person say they'd actually bought one. Happy Easter!

Raise Your Voice...there were some really great musicians in that movie...why did you laugh M?
I was given a leg of lamb once instead of babysitting money.. we put cloves in it and baked it in the oven and then made like a meat pie out of it kind of like shepard's pie but with chunks of lambs...it was AMAZING.
I hope you enjoy it with your friends Jo.

We dyed our eggs on Friday and Tara has already eaten half of them! Egg lover. Dying brown eggs might be kinda fun. I think you'd end up with some unusual earthy tones. Have a wonderful Easter, Jo. Halleluja!
